The Good News App is a digital product developed, owned, and operated by Feb's New Creation Solutions LLP, a legal entity registered in India. All services provided through the app are governed by the laws of India.
3. Content Curation, Attribution & Intellectual Property
Source Transparency: All news content on this app is curated and summarized from publicly available news articles, press releases, and official announcements from various publishers worldwide.
Attribution: We do not claim ownership of the original news content. All summaries are clearly attributed to their original sources with direct links provided to the publisher's website for full coverage.
Copyright Compliance: We respect intellectual property rights and operate in full compliance with Indian Copyright Laws. Our curation is based on the principle that factual information is not subject to copyright protection, and we ensure our summaries provide original value and analysis.
