Contributions made to The Good News App (owned by Feb's New Creation Solutions LLP) are voluntary gestures intended to support our mission of "Informing the Mind and Protecting the Heart," our technical infrastructure, and editorial work.
2. No Refunds
Since these contributions are considered voluntary support for our ongoing services and digital infrastructure, they are non-refundable once the transaction is successfully completed.
3. Technical Errors
In the event of a technical glitch where a transaction is debited from your account multiple times or an amount is deducted without a confirmation, we will work with our payment gateway partner to ensure the excess amount is credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
